Utah Newborn Photographer {Meet Marissa}
I have tender place in my heart for adoption. This little newbie was just placed with the most wonderful family! And I have to tell you about her name. So Hillary and her husband had a list of names. Marissa was one of those names, but not their favorite. When they went to the hospital the nurse who had been taking care of their baby asked if Hillary wanted to know what she'd been calling her. The nurse said "Marissa". So Hillary thought, well I better really consider that name since it's already on my list. She went home and looked up the meaning. The meaning she found said "A hoped for child". They HAD to name her Marissa after that. How utterly AmAzing is that??? I guess her name was meant to be Marissa all along.

What a beautiful Family! I love how different they look from each other makes me think of our own little family. Adoption is truly a miracle each and every child that is placed has such an amazing a special journey. What a blessing it is to be a mother of an adopted child and you capture that so beautifully.
